Order Cancellation
Before Shipment
- You can cancel your order before it is shipped at no charge
- To cancel, contact our customer support immediately at support@vedatouch.com
- Once cancelled, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method
After Shipment
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped
- You may refuse delivery and the product will be returned to us
- Refund will be processed after we receive the returned product
Return Policy
Return Eligibility
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is defective or damaged
- Wrong product was delivered
- Product does not match the description
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Products marked as non-returnable
Return Process
- Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the product
- Provide order number and reason for return
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging
- Ship the product to the address provided by our support team
Refund Policy
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of defective or wrong products
Refund Amount
- Full product cost will be refunded for eligible returns
- Original shipping charges will be refunded only if the return is due to our error
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the product
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund including shipping charges
- No need to return the product in some cases (at our discretion)
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order.
